Social Cycle Reminders — the SMS program of the Social Cycle app on the Refractive platform, operated by Ordinary Company, LLC.

Social Cycle is a private, single-user personal relationship-management application. It sends the account owner automated text reminders about his own contacts' birthdays, the outreach cadences he configured, and the plans he created in the application. The channel is two-way: he replies with short commands to log a note, snooze a reminder, or request a draft.

The only recipient is the account owner. The application does not send messages to anyone else. Messages the owner composes for his personal contacts are returned to him as drafts to send from his own device.

The owner enrolls by saving his own mobile number in the application's Settings page. No one else can be enrolled.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. You can also clear the number in Settings.

Message frequency varies based on the owner's configured reminder cadences — typically a few messages per week, and at most a few per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Social Cycle does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Our Privacy Policy governs how your information is collected, used, and protected, including how mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are handled. It is the single authoritative policy for this messaging program.
