Social Cycle is the relationships app on the Refractive platform. It keeps track of the people who matter to you — birthdays, how long it's been since you last spoke, plans you meant to make — and reminds you by text before you forget.

Social Cycle Reminders — our SMS program
Social Cycle Reminders sends the account holder text reminders about their own contacts' birthdays, outreach they scheduled, and plans they created in the app. It's two-way — you reply with short commands to log a note, snooze a reminder, or ask for a draft.
How to opt in: save your own mobile number in the app's Settings page. Only the account holder can be enrolled — the app never texts your contacts.
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
